Dance Party X-treme: 1.n. 60 minutes of fun and high-energy dancing for people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels and dancing skills. 2.v. t. The feeling of being on a dance floor while you scream, shout, shake, pump and burn the calories right off. 3.v. i. To move with dynamic steps and choreography to today’s current hip hop and pop hits for any level dancer.

NO DANCE BACKGROUND? NO PROBLEM!

The great thing about Dance Party X-treme is that no previous dance experience is necessary. In fact, DPX creator, Bibi Williams has no dance background herself; but like so many of us, possess a true love for music. DPX is the combination of Bibi’s four passions in life: music, dancing, fitness, and connecting with people. DPX is what happens when high-energy music, dynamic dance steps, and an amazingly creative instructor meet great people with a passion for dance!

WHAT IS A DPX CLASS LIKE?

Have you ever wished for more out of a group fitness class? Perhaps you liked the instructor, but felt like the attendees were not energetic enough? Perhaps you liked the attendees, but wished that your instructor would change things up and provide more of a challenge? WISH.NO.MORE! DPX classes offer you incredible dance moves, great music, great people and a club vibe atmosphere.

To describe DPX as a workout or fitness class would be an understatement. DPX is much more than that; it is an experience!

The true essence of what DPX is cannot be explained with words alone; however, we can set the stage for you by describing the 5 key elements that define DPX; from the view point of the best critics, THE DPX STUDENTS, themselves:

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I TAKE A CLASS?

There is but one caveat, when you come to class be ready to let loose and most importantly, HAVE FUN! It doesn’t matter how you move, what matters is that you move. If you feel lost at first, DON’T GIVE UP! By your second or third DPX class, things will begin to click, your confidence increases, and before you know it,     you are dancing like a pro and melting the pounds off at the same time.
